A request is not a confirmed booking

Sending the form asks Matt to review your journey. Your booking, pickup arrangements and final fare are only confirmed when Matt contacts you.

Check each journey

Check the full addresses, dates, 24-hour pickup times, passenger numbers and all stops before sending your request. Outward and return journeys have separate arrangements. Your taxi pickup time is not your flight time; allow for travel and your airline’s recommended airport check-in time.

Address suggestions and map routes are aids, not a guarantee that an entrance or route is suitable. Include useful access details in the notes and tell Matt about any corrections or changed stops.

Estimated fares and payment

Prices shown before sending are estimates for Matt to confirm, not a final price promise. An estimate may use a configured route fare or road distance. Extra stops and journey requirements can affect the fare. If an estimate is unavailable, Matt will quote after reviewing the details.

For a return booking, the outward and return estimates are shown separately. Payment is handled for each journey; no payment is taken by the request form. Confirm any payment, cancellation or change arrangements directly with Matt before travel.

Google Maps features

The website uses Google Maps services for address suggestions, driving-route checks and directions. Use of these features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google supplies map and route information, not Matt’s fares or booking confirmations.
