One request for the whole party
Matt's Travel accepts journey requests for one to eight passengers. Group transport can be useful when everyone is heading to the same airport, accommodation, event or day out and would rather coordinate one planned pickup.
Select the passenger count on the form and describe luggage, child seats or mobility needs in the notes. If people are being collected at different addresses, add the extra pickup points so our team can allow enough time for the actual journey.
Outbound and return details
For a return trip, add the requested return pickup date and time. Both journey legs remain provisional until our team checks the schedule. The final confirmation records the agreed pickup and driver.
Driver allocation
Customers request the journey rather than choosing a driver. Our team approves the booking and assigns the appropriate available driver. If that allocation changes, the booking conversation can be updated without losing the original journey details.
