Matt's Travel takes booking requests from Colne for local and longer-distance journeys. Customers can request airport and seaport transfers, UK breaks, hospital appointments, race days and other pre-arranged trips.
Every journey is reviewed by Matt. For airport travel, enter the route, passenger count and scheduled flight details. Matt then works out and confirms the taxi pickup time.
Useful information to include
For home collections, give enough pickup detail for Matt to identify the area. For flights, use the scheduled flight date and time fields and add the terminal and flight number. If the party needs child seats, extra luggage room or more than one collection, mention it before confirmation.
Clear text updates
After you consent to booking-related messages, confirmation and important changes are sent to the mobile number on the request. You can reply to the same conversation and Matt sees that history against the job.
